STAGE 1.

SECTION 8 or SECTION 21 NOTICE £65

For possession written notice must be given. The notice must be in a prescribed format, filled in correctly and served properly.

Most evictions fail due to a defective notice. It’s very important to get this right.

We will prepare and serve a section 8 notice, a section 21 notice or both. For both section 8 and section 21 being served together it’s £75.

We include a strongly worded warning letter, a certificate of service and proof of postage.

STAGE 2.

COURT PROCEEDINGS £275


If the tenant doesn’t leave or resolve issues by the date on the notice possession proceedings can commence.

We will prepare and submit all possession order paperwork.

We complete and submit the whole court bundle, including copies of all evidence.

You receive one to one support for the whole duration of the claim.

All applications submitted within 36 hours. The court fee of £355 will also be payable.

Possession

STAGE 3.

POSSESSION (EVICTION) £70

For the few tenants that don’t comply with the court order we can take action to enforce the order and evict the tenant.

We complete all paperwork and can apply to the The County Court for a Warrant or to The High Court for a Writ.

A Bailiff or a High Court Enforcement Officer will arrange to evict the tenant(s).

You receive one to one support for the duration.

All applications submitted within 36 hours. The court fee of £121 will also be payable.
